阪神淡路大震災から15年の節目の日だ。
あの朝報道で伝えられた、高速道路の橋脚が根元で折れている映像を今でも覚えている。
朝の段階では地上からの映像が届かない状況だったことは後で知った。
先日、昨夜放送されたドラマ「神戸新聞の７日間～命と向き合った被災記者たちの闘い～」の番宣をあるアナウンサーが行っていた際、取材のため現地に入ったご自身の体験をドラマの内容と重ね合わせて語りながら感極まってしまった場面がとても印象的だった。

一方で、「高校授業料の実質無償化」の皺寄せを受ける形で、公立小中学校などの耐震化工事関連予算が削減されたという。
天災はいつ起こるともいつまでなら起こらないとも判断し難い。
とはいえ、天災の被害を抑える最も効果的な対策は備えだ。
そのバランスの取り方は非常に難しいとは理解出来るけれど。

復興を遂げた現地の方々に敬意を捧げるとともに、ハイチをはじめ天災被害に苦しむ方々にお見舞い申し上げます。

Nearly all of what you articulate is supprisingly accurate and it makes me ponder the reason why I hadn’t looked at this with this light previously. This particular piece really did switch the light on for me as far as this particular topic goes.
